So hello and I realise it has been far too long since I posted any content in fact we are six months into 2019 and this is my first post of the year!
I guess I wanted to say I am still here, still loving fashion and still plus size (its just I am now on the smaller end of plus size).
I am most active on Instagram these days as I still love to snapshot my outfits so with that in mind I am going to share some of my favourite looks from the last six months.
1. A fabulous Monki Dress I got for £8.00 in the sale as they now have an actual physical store in Birmingham!!! (Next door to the new Primark for anyone not familiar with Brum city centre!!)
2. I went to a vintage weigh and pay sale earlier this year and found a most excellent fake fur coat! I also managed to nab some Doc Marten shoes on Ebay for a bargain price!
3. I am loving a bit of Boohoo at the moment and this is a dress I bought last year in the sale.
4. I found the perfect denim Jacket from Gap as they were doing a promotion for money off all their denim! Teamed with a pinafore from Yours Clothing (I love a good pinny!!).
5. This year I have been trying to push myself out of my comfort zone, one such outfit is this pleather skirt from New Look and a basic scoop top from Primark- yay for Primark basics!!
6.My love of the animal print trend has been full on this year so far and I have become rather fond of trawling charity shops! This fake fur Roman Originals coat was one of my best finds so far!
7. I have been finding H&M to be great lately so when I found this skirt reduced to £12.00 I made it mine as I had been after a pleated skirt.
8. Another shop I am loving at the moment is TK Maxx but I have to be in the right mood for a rummage!
9. My love of jumpsuits continues and this one was a Christmas sale find in New Look!
10. More boundary pushing with a beaut of a dress from Primark which shows my VBO in all it's glory!
11. One of the trends I am loving at the moment is culottes especially as most of them have elasticated waists!!
12. I have also partaken in the plisse trend with these trousers from Boohoo- but funny story when they arrived they were so long that my friend at work cut them down for me with scissors so they would be the right length!!
13. So here I am doing culottes and the animal print trend all in one!!!
14. Finally yes more trousers and red ones because you know sometimes you want to stand out in the crowd!!
Well I hope you have enjoyed this quick round up and I apologise for my radio silence, but I am full of ideas such as sharing with you about my fitness journey and being plus size whilst going to the gym so I hope to get these out of my head and actually into a blog post soon!!
