MeMeMe Cosmetics Review

If you are a regular reader of my blog then you will know that I recently attended a FABB Event in Birmingham. One of the brands MeMeMe Cosmetics sent us away with a huge bag full of goodies which I am reviewing on the blog today.

First up is the Flawless Cream Foundation in Porcelain Pure. I was really pleased to receive a foundation as my current one is just about to run out so it has given me a chance to try a new one.

I have been using this for a few days now and I am rather taken with it. I like foundations that give me a good coverage but aren't too thick. This is light but evens out my skin tone nicely and has a nice creamy texture, and as an added bonus it is also paraben free.

Next up is the Seventh Heaven Moisturising Facebase. I must admit that the moisturiser I have been using was a cheap one from the pound shop so I was keen to see what difference this would make to my skin.

I will also admit that I have never bothered with a primer either but this product acts as both so this really is a first for me! The first thing I noticed was the fragrance which is like a cross between orange and carrot cake, it is really aromatic. A little goes a long way as although it is lightweight it is still quite rich so I am careful not to over use it. I have been suffering with a dry patch of skin on my forehead and this seems to be sorting it out a treat. I also find that my foundation goes on really well afterwards and has a more dewy glow to it. So overall a big thumbs up for me!

Next up is the Smouldering Eyes Baked Eyeshadow Quad. I am quite the fan of the smoky eye look especially for the Christmas party season. I tried this one out over the weekend and was impressed with the pigment and colour and it had a nice sparkle to it. I have just noticed on the website it advises you can use these wet and dry so next time I may try them out wet to see if I can get a dramatic look.

Another product I came home with was Lash Attack Lengthening Mascara which again I have tried out and I do like. It goes on without clumping and doesn't leave me with spider looking lashes so another winner for me!

The last of the eye products is one that I am yet to try which is Arch Angel Shape and Define Tinted Brow and Highlighting Cream. Now the reason I haven't used it is that I don't tend to do very much with my eyebrows as they are very fair. I think the main use I will get from this product is the highlighter as the tinted brow gel is probably to dark for my eyebrows.

Ever since my husband helpfully advised that I needed to wear blusher my collection has steadily been growing and I can now add to it Blush Me in Rouge!

I do love these little box blushers and this one even has a mirror in the lid so great for carrying in your bag to do quick touch ups. I wore this to go and out about today and I loved the colour it wasn't too bright for an everyday look and the brush is lovely and soft.

The final product I received was Isis Long Wear Satin Lip Cream in Berry Crush.

So far I have only swatched this lipstick but I liked the shimmery sheen it left so I am rather looking forward to wearing it.

Now if you fancy trying out MeMeMe Cosmetics and why wouldn't you I have an exclusive discount code giving you 25% off which is valid until 30th November. Just enter mememe25 when checking out and then enjoy!
